In an effort to support increased interest for tubeless wheels, rims and accessories in Europe, Stan’s NoTubes has hired Clayton Goldsmith. Initially, Goldsmith will focus on OE Sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, but he will also lead several internal projects aimed at improving product availability and reducing lead-times for European customers.
Stan’s No Tubes President Mike Bush said, “Our markets outside the US have unique needs, particularly from an OEM perspective, that are best served with a dedicated sales manager. Clayton’s experience and skill set are a perfect match for our needs. As these markets continue to grow, establishing a line of clear and direct communication in these regions is increasingly important. We’re really looking forward to everything Clayton brings to our team.”
Based near Frankfurt, Germany, Clayton Goldsmith has previously worked for Hayes Bicycle Group, Saris Cycling Group and most recently Edco Engineering.
“I couldn’t be more pleased to join the Stan’s No Tubes team,” said Goldsmith. “It’s a great company with innovative products, and I look forward to helping grow Stan’s presence and business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.”
Goldsmith started with the company on 1 September, and will be attending the upcoming Taichung Bike Week show on 17-20 October. He can be reached by email via clayton.goldsmith[at]notubes.com.
Stan’s NoTubes, founded and owned by Stan and Cindy Koziatek, forged a path for making mountain bikes tyres tubeless. Stan Koziatek devised the original NoTubes sealing system in 2001, the same system that today has become a preferred tubeless conversion system around the world. Stan’s NoTubes currently designs, produces and sells innovative mountain bike, road and cyclocross wheels, rims and hubs as well as a range of products for tubeless conversion.
