Loughborough University is looking to recruit triathlon coaches to participate in a new and exciting research study. Loughborough University is currently one of the leading universities in sport psychology research, and it is from here that it is conducting a study into coaching psychology.
The research focuses upon coaching experiences, coach well-being and coaching behaviours, which have important implications not only for all coaches, but also the athletes with whom they work. It may also provide coaches with some unique insights into coaching practice.
