Cannondale is seeking to fill two positions: for a Purchasing Agent and a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst.
The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for purchasing and tracking the delivery of finished goods, will review open POs, and maintain accurate delivery status records. This position will impact inventory management and the company’s order fulfilment with an effort on improving on-time delivery, and will evaluate vendor performance, quotes, and services to help select suppliers. This position will also work closely with the Asian office distribution department regarding shipment and carton details.
The Senior Credit and Collections Analyst will review the status of delinquent accounts and initiate collection action by contacting each account according to due date. This position will work with outside sales reps to collect on delinquent accounts, generate reports for the Credit Manager, and recommend credit line adjustments by evaluating customer records, purchase activity and payment history.
