Meanwhile, at the 2XU outlet in Norwood (Adelaide), 2XU is running a core stability seminar with expert physiotherapist Amir Sela from Core Health Physiotherapy + Pilates.
A former professional cyclist, Amir boasts 20 years industry experience and will ‘share his secrets on how core strength can deliver an edge to your cycling like never before!’
The session runs on Thursday 23 September at the 2XU Performance Centre in Norwood. 2XU will also review bike setup/fit and provide consumers with practical tips on how to best fit bike to body for optimal efficiently in the saddle.
