Department Head: Bike Sales, Fitting & Service
A full time position at Enduro Sport’s Leaside location calls for an: ‘Equal parts super sales consultant and team leader. You will be responsible for the most intensive customer interactions in the store while selling the city’s best road and tri bikes, fitting them and ensuring our customers’ experience exceeds expectations. As team leader you will help raise the game of the staff team in the Bike Department.’
The successful candidate needs to have a passion for bikes and strong technical knowledge of design, brands and components. Previous experience in bike sales, fitting or mechanics is an asset but not required.
Online Customer Service Rep
Based at Enduro Sport’s Outlet location in Toronto, this full time role provides an opportunity to ‘Build our web sales business from the ground up! You will be responsible for customer service, shipping, and web store product updates in addition to inventory receiving and inter-store transfers.’
Experience using the products sold by Enduro Sports is required, and sales experience is an asset.
