This new form will direct customer questions to the appropriate person in the quickest way possible. According to the company, using this form will provide you the answers you need, when you need them.
In a recent e-mail circular, Scott said, ‘We are always striving to be #1 in customer support, and we’d love to hear from you! Thanks for all the support!’
