Cloud computing and event registration software specialist The Active Network Inc, has been named as the preferred registration management software and hosted technology provider for Triathlon Australia, the national governing body for triathlon in Australia. Active Network is the developer and host of the new Triathlon Australia website that launched earlier this month and is managing individual and affiliated club memberships. This strategic alliance marks a key milestone as Active Network expands its global presence.

The new Triathlon Australia website includes enhanced interactive functionalities such as a detailed event calendar and an Active.com Trainer program tool. It also allows members and event participants to schedule and register for activities and events, pay fees and view up-to-date event information online.
With the Active Network fully-hosted solution, Triathlon Australia and its affiliate associations and clubs can manage all their event and membership operations in-house on a single platform without incurring steep equipment and IT costs.
