UEL Triathlon – the triathlon club for the University of East London – has secured £5,000 (€5,665 / US$8,185) of National Lottery funding from Sport England’s Small Grants Programme.
The funding will be invested in club and coaching development including: brand new customised triathlon kit, swim training aids, an underwater swim analysis camera, turbo trainers/rollers, coach development and marketing.
UEL Triathlon aims to develop and increase its membership with the help of this award and also with the assistance of British Triathlon, Sport England and the UEL Sports development team.
