As the International Triathlon Union World Triathlon Series (ITU WTS) reaches a dramatic conclusion in Auckland, with over two weeks of racing this week and next, the eyes of the world will be watching….
Triathlon fans can get their triathlon fix from every corner of the world, with online TV broadcasts and a range of international TV broadcasters lined up for the event.

To watch all the race action, ITU’s own triathlonlive.tv website offers both live and on-demand streaming of all the ITU World Triathlon Series events, in addition to extended highlights of the ITU World Cup Series. With a season pass to triathlonlive.tv, tri fans receive 17 archived broadcasts, and a further 14 magazine shows that feature behind the scenes action, exclusive interviews and race highlights.
Viewers can also opt for a one-time single pass, which includes one live race, one race on replay, or a magazine show with race highlights and special features.

In addition to ITU’s online viewing services, due to the high demand for televised triathlon races, 15 broadcasters will transmit the women’s and men’s races live.

Not only will these broadcasters bring coverage of the elite races, many of them will also show the ITU TV Magazine Show. The Barfoot & Thompson ITU World Triathlon Grand Final in Auckland from 14-22 October will be the biggest ever, with just over 3000 registered to take part in official ITU age group world championship races and a further 760 in fun, participation events.
The first race kicks off on Wednesday 17 October at 14:00 local time. The elite women line up for the ITU WTS Grand Final on Sunday 21 October. The elite men’s Grand Final gets under way on Sunday 21 October.
