Sports nutrition brand First Endurance has unveiled its roster of sponsored athletes and notes that it is ‘proud for the opportunity to closely work with the best triathletes in the world.’
First Endurance is celebrating its 10th anniversary and has some individual athletes that have been with the company since the beginning. According to First Endurance, Michael and Amanda Lovato, Josiah Middaugh, Seth Wealing, Peter Kotland and Heather Gollnick have relied on First Endurance for at least seven years.
”The commitment we see from our veteran athletes and enthusiasm from our new athletes is evidence that this partnership works,” said triathlon sponsorship coordinator Robert Kunz. “We again had to review over 300 sponsorship applications for the 2012 season. Though we would love to sponsor everyone, we simply cannot.
“The athletes we work with are integral to our success in launching new products and getting the message out about First Endurance. These professional triathletes become our spokespersons because they experience first-hand what the products do for their health and performance.”
In 2012 First Endurance is welcoming back Greg Bennett who was with First Endurance in 2007 and 2008. Though the nutrition brand is not an official sponsor of Bennett, First Endurance is ‘working closely with Greg on his Ironman nutrition plan which we will make public on our website.’
