RIDES Florida joins a diverse and growing series of indoor cycling essentials that includes RIDES New York, Texas, Hill Country, Southern California, North Carolina, Las Vegas and The Rockies. With these prior seven volumes, RIDES has become a definitive indoor training resource and series for cyclists and triathletes.

RIDES Florida was shot in full HD in Pensacola Beach, along the ribbon of road that runs through the barren and beautiful Gulf Islands National Seashore. Surrounded by picturesque Gulf ocean water, lined by pristine, white relic sand dunes and beaches, the National Park Service’s Gulf Islands National Seashore will provide the ideal backdrop for indoor riders looking for a hot and tropical ride in paradise.
Cyclists will be able to follow TeamMPI as they work through an intense training workout featuring high and low cadence intervals, hard sprints and big gear pushes – ideal for the triathlete or cyclist developing long course strength and speed.
