At 780g, the brand new Kestrel Legend is billed as ‘the lightest frame [that] The First Name in Carbon Fiber has ever produced.’ Carbon specialist Kestrel is rolling out the bike at this year’s Interbike with a 45 minute road ride and Q&A with Legend Designer Steven Fairchild.
The Kestrel Legend is made with ultra high modulus carbon fibre with ‘a remarkable weight-to-stiffness ratio.’ Compliance, comfort and improved lateral stiffness are the key focuses of the frame.
Kestrel will be showcasing the bike at 13:00 local time on Monday 17 September at Interbike in Las Vegas, Nevada.
