Executives from some of the world’s leading bicycle and bicycle components makers will present cutting-edge products and discuss industry trends at the ‘Taiwan Excellence New Products Launch’ in Friedrichshafen, Germany, this week during Eurobike 2013.
The presentations will take place from 13:00 to 14:00 CET at Conference Room Berlin, Messe Friedrichshafen on 29 August.
At the event, Ms Frieda Hung, Director of the Taiwan Trade Centre, Munich, will open the press conference with welcoming remarks. Mrs Agnes Hwa-Yue Chen, the new Representative of the Taipei Representative Office in Germany, will make special remarks. Executives from Taiwan’s leading companies in the industry will also speak at the event.
Tony Lo, Chairman of the Taiwan Bicycle Exporters’ Association (TBEA) and also CEO of Giant, will address trends in the cycling industry and ‘Branding Across Borders’ during the conference.
Among this year’s companies from Taiwan will be Giant Bicycles, Kenda Tire, Tern Bicycles, Tektro and Merida.

At the 22nd Eurobike show, Taiwan bike and bike components brands will also participate in the Eurobike fashion show. Through professional choreography, music, dance and catwalk models, the fashion show will feature companies in the fields of bikes, components and maintenance.
Nearly 60 products will be unveiled on the stage, including new products from Giant and Merida as well as offerings from 21 other brands including: AIRACE, BETO, Birzman, DK City, FORMOSA design and development, GIGANTEX, Holux, KENDA, Kind Shock, KMC Chain, Kreima, MAXXIS, NOVATEC, Pacific Cycles, SABS, STRiDA, SunUp ECO, TAYA, Tern, TranzX, Ubike.
