In our final collection of random photos from the 2013 Triathlon Show we start with Huub. Never knowingly undersold, the brand’s Chocolate Brownlees were cheesy but luckily didn’t leave a funny taste in the mouth!
Represented by World Endurance UK for the UK & Ireland, Ironman had the distinctive arch for the Ironman European Tour on show. With sponsorship from PowerBar sports nutrition and Power Horse energy drink, the iconic Ironman 70.3 UK and Ironman UK events will certainly be energised this year.
Ironman events in the UK and across Europe have seen demand for places at an all-time high in 2013, with 5,500 athletes signing up for races in the UK and over 30,000 to race in the Ironman European Tour that runs from May to November.
In the UK, entries have witnessed a sharp growth, having increased 80% in the last three years. The UK hosts Ironman 70.3 UK in Exmoor in June followed by Ironman UK in Bolton in August and Ironman Wales in Pembrokeshire in September. With Ironkids races at the two full iron distance events, the weekend audience is 7,000 participants, with the events forming part of the 14 programme Ironman European Tour series broadcast to a global audience.

Represented by Niblock Enterprises, Sailfish had its advanced-beginner’s suit (Vibrant) through to the top-level suit (G-Range) on show with the Sailfish brand aiming to provide suits for swimmers at any level.

British brand Zone3 offered up its high performance wetsuits, trisuits and accessories. With new features in its 2013 wetsuits, the brand is aiming to consolidate its position in the market this year.
