The Anglesey Sandman Triathlon will be shown on Channel 4 this Saturday 22 November at 07.35 GMT and Channel 4 +1 at 08.35. This latest broadcast follows the transmission of the River Rat Race Stockton urban obstacle race and continues the relationship between production firm Dream Team TV and mainstream UK TV’s Channel 4.
Billed as one of the toughest triathlons on the UK calendar, the multi-terrain Anglesey Sandman event takes place on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. Over 1000 athletes took on a course that included a sea swim and a run on the dunes of Newborough Forest. It was the second of three events in the Always Aim High 2014 series.
