The River Rat Race Stockton urban obstacle event is showing on Channel 4 this Sunday 15 November at 07.25 GMT and on Channel 4+1 at 08.25. The broadcast continues the relationship between production firm Dream Team TV and mainstream UK TV’s Channel 4.
Presented by Shona Summers, the River Rat Race urban adventure series returns to the historic River Tees in the north east of England, as competitors dash and splash around a 10K course that takes them in and out of the historic river, with specially constructed obstacles along the way. These include a walk-the-plank that ends with a leap from Captain James Cook’s ship, the HM Bark Endeavour.
