Kara Goucher runs with Strava

Strava, the ‘online network connecting the global community of athletes’, has welcomed elite runner Kara Goucher as an athlete endorser. Today’s announcement follows her 2014 New York City Marathon race confirmation.

Strava members and fellow NYC marathon runners can follow Kara’s training activities for race day on Strava at strava.com/pros/karagoucher.

“I am so excited to be a part of the Strava community,” said Kara Goucher. “It’s a great place for me to share my training with my fans and a place to find inspiration because we can connect and encourage each other to reach our goals.”

With the support from Oiselle, Skechers, Nuun Hydration, Zensah and Soleus, Kara will be competing in the 2014 New York City Marathon in addition to pursuing her third Olympic Games. Kara made her marathon debut in New York City in 2008, where she placed third in the race. She competed on the US Olympic team in 2008 and 2012.
