Multisport distributor LEC 8 has announced that it has exclusive distribution in the UK for Squeezy sports nutrition products starting in January 2014.
Peter Leccacorvi at LEC8 said “We at LEC8 think that Squeezy nutrition opens up great potential for retailers, with great shelf appeal and striking packaging that looks great on display.”
LEC 8 currently distributes Compex electronic stimulation products and has been looking for complimentary products to build up the company’s distribution offering. Peter added, “A great nutrition brand like Squeezy really fits in nicely with the customer profile currently being served.”
The German nutrition manufacturer Squeezy GmbH notes that it was the first company to produce the gel sachet in the 1980s. Squeezy now has new formulations and innovations aimed at the most important part of any sport… ‘The engine – You!’
The nutrition company’s philosophy is ‘All the body needs no more no less’ – which encapsulates all products with no unnecessary additives or ingredients. The majority of the range is gluten and lactose free for those who have food intolerances. Fructose free is also an option on some product lines.
