Following the official opening weekend of The Triathlon Shop on 28-29 June, we checked out the retailer’s new flagship store on Millennium Promenade, Bristol Harbourside. We arrived early morning, before the shop got too busy on the weekend. The South West England store has an impressive interior with two floors offering up an array of all things swim, bike and run…
The shop has moved from its original location in Temple Quay, Bristol, in order to expand on the services it is able to provide to customers. The new shop is 6 times bigger than the old one and features a swimming pool, gait analysis suites, workshop, newfit bike fitting room and treatment room alongside a social space for customers to enjoy… and plenty of retail space!
Open now in the Harbourside area of Central Bristol, The Triathlon Shop occupies 9000sq foot of retail space. Upstairs, customers can find a stand alone bike shop called The Cycle Shop, which stocks some of the world’s most desirable cycling brands such as Bianchi, Argon 18, Felt, Orbea, Genesis, Enve, Mavic, Castelli, Kask and Oakley.
On the ground floor are the swim, run and triathlon departments stocking kit from Adidas, Saucony, On, Salomon, Zoot, Orca and Speedo to name a few. The Triathlon Shop is also now Bristol’s premier Oakley eyewear dealer and features an impressive ‘store in store’.
