Sports nutrition & triathlon coaching service, Trismarter has announced a partnership with ROKA Sports. According to Trismarter, the new deal will see ROKA ‘providing Trismarter athletes with the best wetsuits on the planet!’
ROKA is a performance multisport brand that was founded in 2011 by Rob Canales and Kurt Spenser, two former varsity swimmers from Stanford University, who, after being frustrated by the wetsuit offerings on the market, set out to make ‘the fastest wetsuit on the planet’.
After two years of product development, the ROKA team launched their patent-pending Maverick wetsuit line last March. In its first season, ROKA products saw widespread acceptance by elite and developing swimmers alike.
ROKA is based in Dallas, Texas, with employees in California and Colorado. In December 2013, ROKA Sports was ‘thrilled to announce’ that it had hired multisport exec Ryan Dolan, formerly of TYR, to the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing at ROKA.
