Bike fitting expert Cyclefit in London is the first retailer to be equipped with the full gebioMized-Endura PadFit System, which matches a rider quickly and easily to the correct seat pad according to their physiology, riding style, and saddle.
With the FS260-Pro SL Bibshorts in stock and the fitting system in place, Endura notes that customers can now experience a complete fitting experience at Cyclefit, from bike set-up, foot-shoe-pedal interface and all other main contact points between rider and bike through to the selection of the correct seat pad of their shorts.
Endura is ‘extremely happy to be working with Cyclefit who have an outstanding reputation for all things bike fitting in the UK and beyond.’ Cyclefit is also the British partner of German bike fitting company gebioMized, which developed the innovative Pro SL bibshorts fitting system together with Endura.
Cyclefit is the first of a selected group of retailers to be fitted out with the gebioMized-Endura Pad Fit System on account of Cyclefit’s long standing relationship with gebioMized and the London-based store’s history of working with WorldTour and leading athletes.
Combined with Endura’s track record of sponsoring and working with professional cyclists, including the WorldTour #1 rank team for 2015, Movistar Team, both companies are looking forward to a fruitful cooperation.
More retailers are to follow soon. Endura expects to have the gebioMized-Endura Pad Fit System installed in 50 outlets across Europe by summer 2015.
Endura is also working on pad technology specifically designed for triathletes. The Scottish company expects to share details of a world beating triathlon pad that it has had in development for many months, later in the year. Endura’s newly sponsored elite athletes will be part of that test program, along with making further improvements in aerodynamics and all the ‘key details that are often overlooked in maximizing race performance.’
