As part of a new three-year agreement, blueseventy – the global wetsuit, apparel and accessories brand – is the new swim course partner for DATEV Challenge Roth.
blueseventy’s Managing Director John Duquette said “I couldn’t be more excited about partnering with DATEV Challenge Roth. By focusing on the athlete experience above all else they represent the very best in the sport of triathlon. We’re honoured to be part of this historic race.”
blueseventy is active on an international scale and maintains branch offices in the US, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. As part of the co-operation with DATEV Challenge Roth, blueseventy will create a custom Helix wetsuit to commemorate the event.
USA-based blueseventy has an established reputation among swimmers and triathletes, with its 20-year history of developing, testing and modifying its swimskins and wetsuits in close co-operation with athletes. Each wetsuit is assessed and improved on the basis of detailed feedback by athletes from all over the world.
DATEV Challenge Roth CEO Felix Walchshöfer said, “blueseventy is an ideal partner for us, because there are people behind this brand who are enthusiastic triathletes and swimmers themselves. They know better than anyone else what kind of material athletes need, and are well-known for their high-quality products around the world. In the coming years we will be able to achieve a great deal together, and I am very much looking forward to it.”
