With the new pro cycling race season fast approaching, saddle specialist fi’zi:k has confirmed the UCI WorldTour teams it is partnering with for 2016. They are:
- AG2R La Mondiale (FRA)
- BMC Racing Team (USA)
- Team Cannondale-Garmin (USA)
- Team Dimension Data (RSA)
- FDJ (FRA)
- Orica GreenEDGE (AUS)
- Movistar Team (ESP)
- Team Sky (GBR)
The company adds that all of the teams are fully equipped with fi’zi:k saddles, with each rider able to choose the model that best suits their shape and riding style – the Arione, Antares and Aliante, according to their spine flexibility.
A release from the company continues to note that, just like the fi’zi:k saddles the public buy, all WorldTour teams riders’ saddles are hand-made in Italy by fi’zi:k’s dedicated staff to exacting standards. fi’zi:k’s values are ‘embedded in racing passion, design, technology research and innovation.’
“fi’zi:k are excited to be partnering with such superb and promising teams and we’re looking forward too seeing all our sponsored riders in action,” said fi’zi:k Racing Manager Niccolò Ildos. “The good news is that there isn’t long to wait – all eight teams are racing the Tour Down Under, starting 14th January!”
