Companies from all over Yorkshire and beyond are signing up to compete against each other in the Brownlee Tri Corporate Challenge at Harewood House, Leeds, on 26 September.
Teams of three will compete in a relay format over the Sprint distance; with the swim, bike and run legs divided amongst them. The organizers note that participants will enjoy a premium race experience including exclusive hospitality with Olympic and Commonwealth champions Alistair and Jonny Brownlee.
With businesses from a range of different industries taking part, there will be a great variety of networking opportunities and competition.
Nick Moss from Astonish, a Yorkshire based manufacturing company, explained why his company is taking part. “We thought it would be fun to try something completely different outside of the workplace, building on our team spirit and hopefully rise to the exciting challenge of a triathlon.”
