For the fourth year in a row Polar Bottle will be the official water bottle sponsor of the USA Pro Challenge. For seven days (on 17-23 August) professional cyclists from around the world will take on a challenging course through the Colorado Rockies.
The USA Pro Challenge is known for being one of the best spectator races in the United States. In 2015, a Women’s USA Pro Challenge race has been added to further broaden the appeal of the event.
Polar Bottle is not only the official water bottle sponsor, but has also created a series of custom USA Pro Challenge commemorative bottles. The designs were inspired by the six Leader’s Jerseys: General Classification (overall leader), Best Young Rider, Best Sprinter, King of the Mountain, Most Aggressive Rider, and Best Colorado Rider.
In addition to the jersey bottles a new commemorative 2015 USA Pro Challenge bottle featuring a rider braving a steep Rocky Mountain incline, is proving popular amongst the cycling community.
Polar Bottle notes that it is a natural partner of the USA Pro Challenge because of the company’s origin in making water bottles for cycling and it’s location in a cycling mecca – Boulder, Colorado.
Polar Bottle Sales Associate and avid cyclist Mike Goldberg said, “The Made in the USA Polar Bottle is a perfect fit for The USA Pro Challenge. The dual-wall insulation keeps water cool twice as long, which is critical when biking at high altitudes in the intense heat of the Colorado Rockies. Many cyclists seek out this unique collection every year.”
Polar Bottle has been developing and manufacturing its insulated water bottles in Boulder, Colorado, since 1994. As ‘the original insulated squeeze water bottle’, the brand found an early following in the cycling community and remains fully committed to the sport.
Polar Bottle has been the official water bottle of USA Pro Challenge since 2012 and will also be the official water bottle of the 2015 Richmond World Championships. Polar Bottle is also a sponsor of the Team SmartStop pro cycling team. The Polar Bottle range of Made in USA, insulated water bottles retails at major sporting goods and bike specialty stores across the USA and in 49 countries worldwide.
The brand is also recognized for working with many cycling brands, teams and event organizers to create logo protected, custom insulated water bottle designs.
