Stars of the cycling world are lining up to take their seats at Action Medical Research’s sixth annual Champions of CycleSport Dinner. Ambassador for the children’s charity Chris Boardman MBE will be joined by Sir Dave Brailsford CBE, Rochelle Gilmore, Rob Hales and Jody Cundy MBE, as well as cycling’s much-loved TV pundit Ned Boulting, for what is billed as the ultimate cycling night out on Thursday 26 November at Battersea Evolution.
For 2015, the champions’ interviews conducted by Sky TV’s Dermot Murnaghan, a highlight of this glittering event in which sporting celebrities reflect on their season in the saddle, will be sponsored by Thomas Miller Investment.

The high-profile Champions of CycleSport Dinner reflects Action Medical Research’s passion for all things cycling and guests can mingle with some of the world’s greatest cyclists while supporting sick and vulnerable babies and children.
The charity, which organises a series of high-profile rides throughout the year including a rideout with Chris Boardman in the Lake District on 27 June, aims to save and change children’s lives through medical research.
The 2015 Champions of CycleSport Dinner is backed by Garmin and returning sponsors BDO LLP, the accountancy and business advisory firm. The celebrity-packed evening will include a three-course dinner, live music, action demonstrations and an auction with exclusive prizes.

At last year’s Champions of CycleSport Dinner, 600 guests raised an incredible £200,000 to help sick babies and children with auction prizes including a Team Sky kids’ bike designed by FROG and signed by Team Sky, a ride with Team Sky at their Majorca training camp, a Dogma Pinarello Team Sky bike signed by Sir Dave Brailsford CBE and a Tour of California jersey signed by Bradley Wiggins.
Tables for the 2015 event are for 10 people and are available in Bronze, Silver or Gold class – the coveted Gold standard has the best view in the house and a cycling legend guaranteed at the table.
