The Ben Nevis Braveheart Triathlon, set in Scotland in September and classed as one of the UK’s toughest triathlons, is being televised on terrestrial station Channel 4, on Saturday 31 October at 07:30 GMT and Ch4+1 at 08:30.
After starting with a swim in a freezing loch, the bike course for the stunning event takes in the gruelling roads of the Scottish Highlands before the ‘monumental run up and down Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis.’
With this year’s race decided in the final stages, as the leaders struggled with injury, commentator Rob Walker will present coverage of an event that only ‘Bravehearts’ should consider!
