CEP UK & Ireland has announced it is the new ‘Official Compression Partner’ of 24-hour endurance running event, Equinox24.
The team at CEP notes that it is delighted to be joining forces with Eqiunox24, and is looking forward to supporting this year’s event at Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire, UK, on 17-18 September 2016.
CEP will be offering a number of incentives for Eqiunox24 runners, which can be taken up right from the moment in which they sign up. On race day itself, the team will be offering a personalized fitting service, with CEP trial socks available for runners to use during the event, and with the opportunity to then purchase them afterwards.
The team will be based in the Equinox24 ‘Event Village’ across the weekend; offering plenty of support to athletes, stocked with a full collection of CEP products to purchase.

Now in its fourth year, Equinox24 is a 24-hour mixed terrain running race, held on a picturesque 10K loop around the Belvoir Castle Estate. Runners can choose to take on this challenge as an individual, or as a team of two to eight – as a fun challenge or competitive endeavour.
With free camping available from Friday on the race weekend, for both competitors and spectators, the event is renowned for its welcoming, supportive and friendly atmosphere, offering ‘an unforgettable experience for runners and supporters alike.’

All of the items in the CEP range feature medi compression, which helps to ‘reduce vibrations upon impact, whilst increasing an athlete’s coordination’. In turn, CEP adds that this helps to stabilize the muscles and joints, and together with increased blood flow, can help to reduce injuries.
