Thanks to a continued UK television broadcast partnership between Channel 4 and production firm Dream Team TV, the UK’s summer of endurance sport action continues to air on mainstream, terrestrial TV. Next up on UK TV screens via Channel 4 is the Cardiff Triathlon 2016.
Produced by Always Aim High Events, after a successful inaugural year in 2015, the Cardiff Triathlon took place on 26 June 2016. The event is billed as one of the fastest courses on the UK tri circuit, and takes place on closed roads in the Cardiff Bay area. A competitive elite field took part, alongside Rugby legend Shane Williams and TV presenter Gethin Jones.
