OSB Events and blueseventy have renewed their partnership, featuring events including the award-winning Outlaw Triathlon in Nottingham, UK. The multi-year partnership will see blueseventy develop Outlaw specific products and provide support at events.
The Outlaw triathlons are OSB’s flagship events. The organiser’s series also features other triathlons, running events and national team qualification events. There is also the blueseventy Big Swim event in Nottingham in July with competitors covering up to 5000m in open water.
OSB Events’ founder and director, Iain Hamilton, said “Quality is really important to us, and that’s what you get with blueseventy. Our events are all about providing a very high quality experience that we might want to take part in ourselves, and it’s important for us to partner with brands that complement this ethos.”
He added “Our aim is continued growth of the OSB brand and expansion of the Outlaw through increased numbers and some new events. However, that is not possible without delivering to a consistently very high standard and proving a unique experience to competitors. Having partners, like blueseventy to help deliver that is a huge advantage, hence the long-term commitment to working with each other.”

The Outlaw Half Nottingham sold out to 1600 entrants in a matter of hours, which is testament to how popular the events are. The Outlaw, which covers a 3800m swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run, still has a few spaces remaining; and the newest addition, the Outlaw Half Holkham, is also still open for entries.
blueseventy will have retail presence at all three of these events as well as the National Relays and other shorter distance events throughout the season.
