UK cycling distributor ZyroFisher and Italian saddle specialist Selle San Marco have announced a Crash Replacement Scheme, billed as the first of its kind for a saddle brand in the UK, alongside an IBD exclusive 30 Day Comfort Guarantee on all saddles in the ‘Collection’ range.
The scheme aims to offer Selle San Marco retailers a point of difference in the market, as well as providing a benefit to consumers. In the unfortunate event of a crash the extremities of the bicycle, such as the saddle, are often the parts that receive the most damage. Selle San Marco recognises this, launching a new 1 Year Crash Replacement Scheme for the following saddles:
- Dynamic – Aspide, Concor, Mantra, Regale
- Racing – Aspide, Concor, Mantra, Regale
- Carbon FX – Aspide, Concor, Mantra, Regale
- Superleggera – Aspide, Mantra
- Supercomfort – Aspide, Concor Racing and Dynamic models
All Selle San Marco retailers are able to participate in the scheme, which will see requests processed through ZyroFisher’s Customer Services Team – with up to 40% discount off the RRP on a like for like replacement saddle.

In addition to the Crash Replacement Scheme, every Selle San Marco ‘Collection’ saddle purchased through an IBD is covered by a 30 Day Comfort Guarantee. This allows every consumer to test their saddle for up to 30 days to ensure they find a match. If the consumer is not completely satisfied with the comfort and fit, the saddle can be returned and exchanged for any new saddle from the ‘Collection’ range.
