British Triathlon and Triathlon England are looking to recruit a Head of Coaching to lead the design, development and implementation of a world-leading coach development strategy for triathlon and multisport. The role spans England and the wider UK and aims to bridge all levels and layers of the athlete pathway from communities, education and clubs through to talent and elite performance.

British Triathlon and Triathlon England are looking for a self-motivated strategic thinker, with a passion to succeed, to create, lead and deliver the coach development strategy as well as being responsible for the design and delivery of sector-leading technical/behavioural coaching programmes/qualifications.
The successful candidate will have experience in creating and implementing coach development and coach education systems as well as being a confident and proven leader.

British Triathlon is the national governing body for triathlon, duathlon and aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon. Triathlon England is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.
