World Triathlon has confirmed that the Mixed Relay World Championships 2020 and WTS Hamburg events have been postponed.

With the health and safety of the triathlon community being an utmost priority, and based on the directive announced by the Federal Government of Germany in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 WTS Hamburg and 2020 Hamburg Mixed Relay World Championships originally scheduled for July 11-12, 2020 cannot take place as planned.
The local organisers, together with the German Federation of Triathlon (DTU), World Triathlon and all the local stakeholders are now working diligently to secure venues and a new race date in 2020, which will be announced as soon as possible.
In what has been a continually evolving and challenging time globally, we recognize that this decision due to the above-mentioned unforeseen events may come as a disappointment. We appreciate your patience in this very dynamic time. And we are all looking forward to seeing you all in the blue carpet in the near future.
