Industry association Running USA has announced its next virtual education event, the Timer Symposium, presented by Race Roster.
The online learning opportunity is set for Tuesday, November 17 at 11:000 PST / 14:00 EST. It will include three 45-minute long discussions on a range of topics. These include: remote race set-up, COVID-19 protocols for in-person events, and maintaining client relationships. The charge for the virtual event is US$10. Registration is now open.
The symposium’s three sessions and presenters are:
- Managing and maintaining your clients during COVID-19 with Mike Coleman, CEO/President of TimingHQ
- Return to racing: Starting small with Lonnie Somers, President/Chief HAL Officer of HAL Sports and Meghan Najera, Co-Owner of RunFAR Racing Services
- Remote race set-up with Mike Schmitz, Managing Director of the Americas for MYLAPS and Soren Larson, independent contractor
