After five seasons, 2021 will be the final year of the partnership between Castelli and INEOS Grenadiers.
A release from Castelli stated… ‘Together we have won three Tours de France, three Giro d’Italia, a monument, six classics, TT and track world championships, and twenty WorldTour, 2.pro or 2.1 stage races.
‘Through the collaboration, nearly every product in the Castelli pro range has improved thanks to the team’s research and feedback, becoming more aerodynamic, lighter, more protective. We’ve made a TT suit that was so fast it forced the UCI to change the rules. We’ve made clothing for racing in the cold and wet that many pro teams bought for their riders to stay competitive.
‘Castelli’s dedication to innovation and performance will continue, but as we embark on a new chapter, we wish to take this opportunity to thank Sir Dave Brailsford and the entire INEOS Grenadiers organization for the past five triumphant seasons.’
