The 2021 USAT Long Course National Championships took place on September 25-26 in Stony Point, New York. Over 500 athletes competed for national crowns across three multisport events.
This year, USA Triathlon’s Long Course National Championships weekend, formerly referred to as the Multisport National Championships Festival, was paired with TOUGHMAN New York.
The national championships included: long course triathlon (swim-bike-run), long course duathlon (run-bike-run) and long course aquabike (swim-bike).
TOUGHMAN will host the event for two consecutive years, having been confirmed to hold the 2022 Long Course National Championships next year.






The aquabike, held at Lake Welch in Harriman State Park, featured a 1,500m swim followed by a 40km bike. The long course triathlon featured a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run; while the long course duathlon featured a 2-mile run, 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run.
