InsideTracker, the personalized performance and nutrition system, is presenting a live, virtual event featuring endurance legend Shalane Flanagan in conversation with journalist Emily Abbate on the eve of the 2021 New York City Marathon, a race Flanagan won in 2017.
Taking place at 13:00 EST on Saturday, November 6, 2021, the interview will be recorded live for a future Hurdle podcast episode.
During the recording, Abbate will dive into Flanagan’s life and career, how she navigates the ups and downs as an athlete, coach and new mom, and the role mental and physical wellbeing plays in her success.
Flanagan will also talk about Project Eclipse, her personal challenge to run the six World Marathon Major races in just seven weeks – a journey she intends to complete on Sunday when crossing the finish line in Central Park.
