Powerman Mallorca, which is part of the international Powerman race circuit, has been postponed from its scheduled race date of October 23rd until March 26th, 2022.
The organising team notes that the rescheduled duathlon event will be held in Felanitx (Mallorca), at a ‘brand new and improved race venue’.
The race is the latest victim of the pandemic – with flight connections to Spain’s Balearic Islands having been reduced in the autumn/fall period.
The organisers add that all registered athletes will receive a 100% refund of their registration; and new event registrations will open on Thursday, September. 9th
A release from the organising team added… ‘Powerman Mallorca is one of the most valued races of the international duathlon calendar, and this new date in March will make it more suitable for international participants.’
