Santander has been confirmed as the new sponsor of Brasil Ride, which is billed as ‘the largest premium mountain bike event series in the world’. The bank will sponsor all 10 races on the Brasil Ride circuit.
“This is great news. Not only for Brasil Ride, the largest premium mountain bike event in the world, but for our fans, supporters, partners and cyclists from all over the world,” said Mario Roma, founder of Brasil Ride.
“With this partnership, we will undoubtedly continue to set the precedent and expand the limits of cycling races and especially those for mountain bike stages on a national and global scale.”
There are 10 events scheduled to be held in 2021:
- Brasil Ride Espinhaço, and Cipó Marathon;
- Road Brasil Ride, and Brasil Ride Botucatu Festival;
- Taça Brasil XCO Brasil Ride;
- Bike Club Brasil Ride Marathon, and Warm Up Brasil Ride Linhares;
- Brasil Ride Bahia, and Discovery Marathon; and
- The Brasil Ride Gravel Race, which ends the 2021 season.
