Polar Bottle has released two new, easy-to-squeeze cycling bottles: Session Muck and Breakaway 30-ounce. The Session Muck is built for mountain bikers with limited bottle space, while the Breakaway is an expansion of the brand’s all-purpose cycling line in a new, larger 30-ounce format.
“Our new 2022 bottles expand on our long-standing tradition of innovation,” said HydraPak President Matt Lyon. “The new 30-ounce Breakaway was developed in response to riders’ desire to carry more water on longer rides.
“Gravel riding in particular has produced many calls for larger capacity bottles in standard cages. Similarly, the Session Muck was created to address a need in the mountain bike community: the demand for a bottle that fits their bike’s geometry and works great on shorter, ‘session,’ rides.”
The Session Muck bottle features a Muckguard cap that keeps the valve clean. It opens and closes with one hand, sealing the valve when closed. Polar Bottle adds that the sleek, single-wall design is light, durable and compact, and the bottle shape and ultralight construction make it easy to squeeze.
The compact 15-ounce size fits most frame sizes and/or full suspension bikes that traditionally have limited space for bottles.
The new 30-ounce Breakaway is a large bottle designed to securely fit in a standard bottle cage. The bottle features a new shape that’s easier to squeeze with a unique grip groove and ultra-light material. Breakaway single wall bottles are also available in 20- and 24-ounce sizes.
Both bottles come equipped with a Surge Valve that maximizes flow rate and self-seals to eliminate spills and splatter.
