Peer-review platform, Racecheck, has announced its integration with sports event registration and management platform eventrac.
The API integration with eventrac is said to be ‘the first partnership of its kind for the industry’. Connecting a Racecheck account with eventrac will enable event organisers to benefit from eventrac’s in-built email service. This includes the scheduling and automated sending of a post-race review request to every event participant, prompting them to submit an event review on Racecheck.
This automated time saving approach is expected to increase the volume of reviews requested by race organisers and received from participants. Subsequently an eventrac organiser’s management dashboard and event pages will display a feed of their participants’ Racecheck reviews.
This time saving integration eliminates the need for race organisers to use multiple applications to request and manage feedback from their participants.
‘In a recent survey of 100 Racecheck users, 87% said that they leave feedback in order to help others make informed race choices, highlighting that reviews are a fundamental part of planning and future proofing races. This integration again puts reviews at the centre of effective race marketing, enabling eventrac client organisers to easily harness their power.’
The integration is immediately available to all eventrac customers and will see a phased rollout of the core Racecheck features and analytics.
