Alex Dowsett said “Since retiring I’ve been looking for what’s next, but I always knew it would be around making other people better cyclists.

“So, I couldn’t think of anything more rewarding than supporting both new and experienced riders to achieve their goals and help them fall in love with the sport and progression. I believe that cycling is for everyone, and I want to help as many people as possible experience the joy that comes from riding a bike – whether you’re looking to compete at the highest level or just want to improve your fitness and wellbeing.”

The Thighs Club coaching programmes offers riders a range of different plans to choose from, depending on their goals and budget. It is also designed to be accessible to riders of all levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Dowsett added “I’m constantly learning and improving as a cyclist, and I want to bring that same spirit of innovation to my coaching team. I have some exciting plans in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with riders around the world.”

Alex Dowsett has won multiple national and international titles throughout his career. He is a former Commonwealth Games gold and silver medallist, 6 time National Champion and twice a Giro D’Italia stage winner as well as formerly holding the prestigious Hour Record.
