Eyewear, bike bags and luggage specialist SCICON Sports has extended its sponsorship commitment to Team UAE Emirates for another three years. The company will now also be the official activewear clothing provider for the team.
SCICON notes that it produces high-quality, eco-friendly activewear, and from January 2023, the company will dress the World Tour team, including riders, staff, and management… ‘with a specific focus on incorporating sustainable and lifestyle-conscious aspects into the team’s apparel.’
The activewear collection includes t-shirts, eco-friendly hooded jackets made from recycled plastic bottles, water-resistant over trousers, and other high-performance gear, as well as classic wardrobe items such as polo shirts and stretch jogger pants.

Extended for a further three-years, the partnership builds on a relationship established in 2020, during which SCICON Sports also became the official supplier of eyewear, bike bags, and luggage for UAE Team Emirates.
The team has experienced notable success during this time, winning a record number of WorldTour races, including the Tour de France in 2020 and 2021.
