Streamlined, race fit and 100% recycled yarns in Fractel’s R-Series Cap

Fractel, the Australian running brand and headwear specialist, has unveiled its latest collection… ‘championing innovation, sustainability and performance.’

With new colourways added to the current series, the collection is paired with the new R-Series Cap in a range of designs.

According to a release from Fractel… ‘The R-Series Cap is the epitome of aerodynamic design and premium performance in a running hat. Crafted for those with a penchant for racing, its streamlined structure reduces drag, while the Polartec Power Dry fabric ensures unparalleled moisture management.’

Lightweight yet firm in its peak structure, the cap, with its shallower race fit, is made entirely from 100% recycled yarns.

“The R-Series has been a long time coming but it was important to get it spot on,” said Fractel founder Matt Niutta. “Back in 2022, we envisioned a traditional, curved peak cap that didn’t compromise on performance.

“Fast forward to today and we’re really excited to bring this new style to life within our running community alongside a whole load of exciting new-look designs across our existing collections too.”

The R-Series features the same approach to environmental responsibility carried across the brand range, using 100% recycled, BlueSign certified fabrics, with four colourways to choose from – Nomad, Riverine, Terrashade and Astroluxe.

The brand’s M-Series headwear receives the most updates with 12 new colours, including two new winter caps featuring Polartec Wind Pro fleece fabric. There are two new colourways in both the F-Series and the Legionnaires Cap, whilst Fractel’s Bucket Hats see four new additions.
