USA Triathlon has announced that its Officials Program has been officially recognised as a World Triathlon Accredited Technical Officials Education Program (ATOEP). This designation places USA Triathlon among the ranks of 16 other leading world federations with global recognition.
The accreditation is a significant milestone in USA Triathlon’s ongoing efforts to align with international standards governing multisport events. By achieving World Triathlon ATOEP recognition, USA Triathlon can now educate its officials on the pathway to working at international level competitions and enhance the chance of submitting a full slate of official nominees for the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
