Mavic has introduced its new Cosmic S carbon wheels, with the accessories specialist claiming a combination performance, versatility, and durability at a ‘revolutionary price’ of less than US$1,000.
According to Mavic, the disc specific wheels offer a mix of:
- ‘Acceleration and control’ due to the carbon rim’s lightness, for responsiveness and handling;
- ‘Optimized stability and aerodynamic performance’ with a 42 mm rim profile and flat spokes, suitable for all type of slope; and
- ‘Durability and simplified maintenance’, with high-quality hubs, classic spokes and a 2+1 years warranty and care program.
