DATEV Challenge Roth 2025 livestream

The team at DATEV Challenge Roth in Germany, ‘the world’s largest long-distance triathlon’, has made a livestream available for this year’s event – taking place on Sunday, July 6, 2025.

The race start countdown begins at 06:00 CEST – with the live race action commencing at 06:15. The event starts at 06:30 and the live feed is expected to end at 15:15. The feed itself will then be available to review all the race action.

In terms of the event’s TV reach, German broadcaster BR Fernsehen will cover the entire race day live, and national TV station Das Erste will present a full hour of live race action and highlights from 14:15 to 15:15 CEST. Challenge Roth will also be available on numerous TV channels and streaming services across the globe – including traditional broadcasters, fast channels, and OTT platforms.

The event features 3.8km swimming, 180km cycling and 42.2 km running through the triathlon district of Roth in Bavaria, Germany, which is around 25km south of Nuremberg.

The swim start is at the Main-Danube Canal; the bike takes in crowds gathered at Solar Hill; and the finish-line is at the triathlon stadium in the town of Roth.
