Laura Muir joins MOVE Pre-Workout ahead of 2025 World Championships

Scottish supplement brand MOVE Pre-Workout has announced a new partnership with Laura Muir, one of Scotland’s most decorated athletes and a key figure in British endurance running.

The collaboration sees Muir officially join the MOVE Endurance team as she ramps up training in preparation for qualification at the 2025 World Championships.

A key figure in Scottish sport, Muir rose to global prominence after winning silver in the 1500m at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Over the past decade, she has claimed multiple European titles and Diamond League wins, and held national and European records in the 1000m, 1500m and 3,000m — making her one of the most successful British track athletes of the 21st century.

Now, on a promising return to form following recent injury, the middle and long-distance athlete has chosen to work with MOVE Pre-Workout.

As part of the new partnership, Muir has been integrating MOVE’s newly launched Endurance Pre-Workout into her training routine. Developed to support energy, lasting stamina and hydration, the product has been designed specifically for athletes who train at high intensities over longer durations.

The formulation also includes caffeine, taurine, electrolytes, and blackcurrant extract.

Laura Muir said “A big thank you to MOVE Pre-Workout for helping fuel the work behind the scenes. Their new Endurance range has slotted into my routine really naturally.

“As I’ve been building back to full fitness, it’s given me the energy to get through harder sessions, the stamina to hold intensity and the hydration to recover well. As an athlete with proud Scottish roots it is very exciting to be able to support a local company, especially one which has a focus on what endurance training demands”

Developed in collaboration with performance nutritionist Tom Coughlin, MOVE’s Endurance Pre-Workout formula is tailored for distance athletes. The company adds that its product offering is built around clinically researched ingredients to help support VO₂ max, fatigue resistance, hydration, and blood flow without unnecessary stimulants or filler ingredients.

“Laura is one of the most respected and hard-working athletes in the world, so it’s an honour to support her training with a product built specifically for the demands of endurance sport,” said Tom Coughlin, Performance Nutritionist at MOVE Pre-Workout.

“At MOVE, we designed our Endurance formula to fuel athletes through longer, tougher sessions, providing the stamina, focus and hydration that high-level performance truly demands. Seeing it play a role in Laura’s return to top form is exactly why we created it.”
