Organised by EPICDAYS.cc, the Randonnée du Mont Blanc gets under way on Saturday, July 19, 2025 — with a non-competitive 330km loop around the Mont Blanc massif through Italy, France and Switzerland.
The endurance cycling event is not timed, and there are no rankings. Riders are encouraged to pace themselves and take in the scenery as they circle the iconic mountain range.
Based in Courmayeur, Italy, there are two route options:
- Main route: 330km with 9,000m of climbing, open to road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes and e-MTBs
- Express route: 100km with 3,000m of elevation gain
In addition to the event experience, Courmayeur’s main square, Jardin de l’Ange, will be transformed into a hub for the cycling community, with live music, talks, and film screenings across the weekend. The location will host both the start and finish lines.
The two days leading up to the ride will include a Base Camp experience in nature, where riders can stay in tents, join sunrise e-bike rides on Mont Blanc, hike local trails, and test ride BAM bamboo bikes.
Special guests on the day include cycling influencers Cara Biga and Fiore Baratti, who will share stories from their long-distance rides – from the deserts of Arizona to the mountains of northern Europe.
A social night ride open to all will take place on the evening of Sunday, July 20, departing from Courmayeur.
Founded in 2024 by Milan-based music producer Andy Serighelli, EPICDAYS.cc points out that it aims to create unique experiences for cyclists that combine adventure, community, and the natural environment.
