Together with Jayco, Cycling Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), compression specialist SKINS is supporting the Australian National Continental cycling team: Team Jayco SKINS.
On the roads and tracks of Europe, Asia and Australia, the team will be powered by the new SKINS C400 cycling system, which is now also available to consumers.
Created using innovative technologies such as 3D body scanning for an optimised fit, and dynamic gradient compression for compression during activity, SKINS C400 claims to deliver more oxygen to working muscles.
The result, according to SKINS… you ride harder for longer and recover faster.
The Team Jayco SKINS apparel is now available to purchase as a men’s Short Sleeve Jersey, Long Sleeve Jersey, Compression Bib Shorts and Wind Vest.
“We are excited to be working with Cycling Australia to promote our local talent on the world stage,” said Benjamin Fitzmaurice, Sports Director – Cycling at SKINS.
“The new SKINS C400 race clothing and 400 series compression brings together technical advances in dynamic compression, new yarns, body mapping, anatomical active clothing styles and applies that to a complete clothing system for racing and recovery,” he said.
“SKINS has been in the cycling market for some time with our compression products in both the active and recovery ranges. We will continue to develop these garments through the rigours of racing and the demands of the riders for the most technically advanced race suits and recovery garments.”
Team Jayco SKINS will also benefit from the support of sponsors Mapei, Shimano, Vittoria, Giro, Bianchi, Aussie Butt Cream and Malaysia Airlines.
